Our electricity is supplied by Ecotricity and comes from 100% renewable sources.

We deliver coffee to our local wholesale customers in 6kg tubs that we collect when empty and re-use.

We collect used coffee bags from our wholesale customers and send them to Terracycle for recycling.

Any of our customers can return their used bags to us for recycling.

We were proud winners of the Drinks Producer of the Year category at the Cumbria Life Awards 2019.

Our Penny Rock, Mountain Rescue and Suke Quto coffees have all received Great Taste Awards from The Guild of Fine Food.

We are authorised resellers of the inconic La Marzocco espresso machines, handmade in Florence since 1927.

We source our Penny Rock coffee from Daterra, one of the most sustainable coffee farms in the world.

Red Bank donates £1/kg sold of Mountain Rescue to LDSAMRA (the Lake District Search & Mountain Rescue Association).

We collaborate with Wonderful Wild Women, a worldwide community born in the Lake District that inspires women of all ages and abilities to get outdoors.

We source our Wonderful Wild Women coffee from female coffee producers.
